We totally get that things come up and you can’t make it to the barre. If you have reserved your space in class {and we recommend that you do}, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged any cancellation fees.
To gain the most from your barre class, you must wear grippy socks which are available in our boutique and based on our specialized equipment, we recommend leggings and a comfortable top that covers most of your midriff. Studio Barre classes focus on a specific muscle group at one time, and therefore it is important to keep your idle muscles warm until they are ready to become the focus. This will ensure the utmost safe workout for you! {this also allows our staff to make the proper hands on corrections}
The required attire for taking class at our studio is: leggings {capri length or longer}, a top that completely covers midriff and grippy socks. The reason leggings and a full covered top are required is to keep the heat in the body to prevent injury while keeping muscles warm. This will ensure the utmost safe workout for you! {this also allows our staff to make the proper hands on corrections} The Studio Barre workout is done without shoes and because we care about your safety, we require you wear grippy socks in class. Not only are they super cute, but they will keep your feet in place and everything clean. You can shop our boutique for your grippy socks.
Classes and class packages are not interchangeable at other Studio Barre locations. Only Studio Barre Society members can enjoy classes at all studio barre locations for a discounted drop-in price. All packages are non-refundable and expire in 365 tucking days {unless otherwise stated} so be sure to get your booty in class.

Her former dance experience with a focus on contemporary, lyrical and jazz lead her to kickboxing and fitness since 2003.
Halicia loves blasting the music to a perfect level that creates a motivational atmosphere for her clients that allows them to have fun while putting in the hard work.her favorite thing about barre is it’s unique way of focusing on isolation moves on the body that brings you to a place of pushing past the inevitable barre “shake”.
If she’s not teaching barre or kickboxing you’ll see her on the baseball field as a coordinator with the padres or even on weekends as the mc/dj at a wedding or private event!
As much as you’ll see her running around using all her fun talents, when she’s home she’s either writing or working on her marketing business.
As you can she, she is our barre-tender who wears many hats.
She is in love with how barre creates long, lean muscles with every “bend-and-stretch” to achieve the ultimate toned, yet feminine, physique. Her favorite part of class is back-dancing because it hurts so good in all of the right places! Back-dancing also means class is over and she can go down the street to eat fish tacos.
Being the studio’s first, and thus longest-standing client, she has stayed around for so many years because she continues to learn from and be inspired by all of the ladies. The studio is full of positive energy, unending support, and tons of hot buns!
I love barre because it is the first effective exercise i have tried that gives me the results i want without having to run miles. it is challenging, but upbeat and fun! you leave feeling good about what you’ve accomplished.
My favorite part of studio barre is the thighs segment because it hurts so good! you know its working when that shake sets in!
I became a barre addict after my very first class! i love barre because it helps me feel strong and healthy. one hour at the barre is the most efficient way to tone your entire body while also improving flexibility and having fun! my favorite things about barre, besides the amazing workout and unparalleled results, is being part of the studio barre community! everyone at studio barre is welcoming, motivating, and supportive and we are passionate about giving our clients the best experience to help them reach their goals.

Meridith’s favorite part of teaching at studio barre bird rock is the community. she loves sharing what she’s learned with her clients to give them the best workout with the most effective results creating a lean and toned figure.
Outside of studio barre meridith is our neighborhood real estate agent. with care and precision she is able to achieve the absolute best for her clients inside and outside the studio.
Lindsay found her love of barre at studio barre la costa over four years ago. it is absolutely her favorite workout ever. the core strength she has found through classes has improved her surfing and long distance paddling out in the ocean. she also found barre to be the key success in pregnancy, and getting back to her best shape ever after having her son, dax!!
Her favorite part{s} of barre are sphinx, waterski, pretzel, pretzel, and pretzel. but the most awesome part is the community, and getting your booty kicked with your friends!!
The best part of teaching barre is… everything!! getting people motivated, hearing those moans {of joy} and knowing everyone is leaving with a sore seat.. i mean, that’s the point right??
Jennifer is a three-time ironman triathlete as well as ultra-marathon long distance runner having finished such races as leadville 50 miler, sean o’brien 50 miler, and zion 100 miler. jennifer believes barre is what enables her body to pursue her love of endurance sports.
She personally has seen barre completely transform her body and loves/hates anything wide second!
She also loves being the best hour of people’s day. allowing clients to come in and turn off the outside world and take an hour just to themselves. she enjoys helping her clients see the same change in their bodies so they can not only look great, but feel great too!!
